A: Yo, Tanaka-san! Got a minute?
   B: Sure, Hiroshi! What's up?

A: Did you hear about the news?
   B: No, what happened?

A: Well, Japan just reinstated sanctions on Iran again!
   B: Really? Why is that?

A: It's because UN sanctions were put back on Iran over their nuclear program. Remember when we lifted most of them in 2015 with that deal?

A: It means freezing assets belonging to 78 entities and 43 individuals, including Iranian companies and engineers involved in nuclear development. Japan also prohibits investments from Iranian businesses in Japanese firms that work with nuclear technology.
   B: Wow, that sounds serious! What else?

A: They can't receive funds for developing nuclear or missile technologies, and they can't import nuclear or missile-related items from Iran either.
   B: That's a lot! Hope it helps to keep things peaceful.
