Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says halts of attacks between Russia and Ukraine will cover railway and port infrastructure as well as energy facilities.
Zelenskyy was speaking online to reporters on Wednesday after phone talks with US President Donald Trump.
He called the talks "probably the most substantive" over the recent period and denied having felt any pressure from Trump.
Trump agreed on a partial ceasefire with Russian President Vladimir Putin in phone talks on Tuesday. Zelenskyy also accepted the limited ceasefire in his conversation with Trump.
Zelenskyy said he had received signals from the American side that it involves no strikes on Russian and Ukrainian energy infrastructure and civilian infrastructure.
He said he had agreed that Ukraine will do everything from its side to prepare a list of objects that it considers priorities and what it considers civilian infrastructure.
Zelenskyy added that it can include various types of infrastructure such as railways and that port infrastructure will also be discussed. He said Ukraine will prepare for an upcoming meeting in Saudi Arabia to discuss details of the partial ceasefire.
Zelenskyy also commented on the White House announcement that Trump had offered assistance in running Ukraine's nuclear power plants. Trump was quoted as saying American ownership would be the best protection for Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
Zelenskyy said they "only spoke about one plant," which is under temporary Russian occupation. That refers to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine.
He said Trump had asked if there was an understanding that the US could restore it. He said he had told Trump that, if it is possible to modernize the plant and invest money, Ukraine is "ready" to discuss it.
Zelenskyy also disclosed that additional F-16 fighter jets had been supplied to Ukraine but did not say how many or when they arrived.
