The SZBOX S513 is a flat computer system with a powerful and still up-to-date Intel processor, which should be well suited to a number of purposes. The choice of connections, however, does not seem very advantageous.

The SZBOX S513 is a new and compact PC with an Intel Core i5-13500H processor, which has four performance cores with a maximum clock frequency of 4.7 GHz and eight efficiency cores with up to 3.7 GHz. Unsurprisingly, a dedicated graphics card is not used, so users have make do with the Intel Iris XE GPU. The processor is actively cooled, along with a fairly large heat sink and a fan inside.

Two DDR4 slots are available, and RAM with a clock frequency of up to 3200 MHz can be used. The SZBOX S513 can be stocked with up to 32 GB of RAM. The mini PC comes with an SSD of up to 1 TB. Network connections are established via WiFi 6 or Ethernet, but only at gigabit speeds. Use with two monitors is possible: the HDMI port is supplemented by a VGA connection. While the HDMI port allows the output of image material at 4K resolution and 60 Hz, the VGA port seems anachronistic in comparison.

A total of six USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.0 ports are installed, although the twist-proof and modern USB type C standard is completely lacking. A jack socket is on board. The SZBOX S513 is listed for direct import at a price of just under $225. Shipping is free, but buyers should take into account possible import fees.
