   B: Nah, what's up?

A: Israel is having a tough time with Gaza. Protesters are urging their PM to agree on a ceasefire.
   B: What do you mean? Israel's attacking Gaza City?

A: Yep! They've been going hard, trying to take control of it. They bombed a high-rise building for the second day in a row.
   B: Oh man, that sounds intense! But they say it's a Hamas stronghold, right?

A: Exactly! The problem is, the ceasefire talks aren't moving forward because both sides can't seem to agree on much.
   B: So Hamas wants a 60-day truce, but Israel wants all hostages released and Hamas to disarm?

A: That's right! Demonstrators in Jerusalem are against expanding the military operation, saying it'll risk more lives and harm civilians.
   B: They want a quick release of the hostages, an end to the violence, and to stop the famine in Gaza?

A: Precisely! And sadly, over the past 24 hours, 68 people have been killed, bringing the total death toll since last October to over 64,000.
