   B: Not really, what's up?

A: Seems like Lahore is in trouble! The city's been covered by a poisonous haze, causing quite the health crisis.
   B: Wow, that sounds serious! What's the government doing about it?

A: They're using anti-smog guns for the first time in Pakistan to curb pollution. It sprays water mist into the air to cut down on pollutants.
   B: That's interesting. Is it working?

A: Well, according to an air quality watchdog, Lahore is now the most polluted city in the world! The air quality index is "Hazardous". Hospitals are full of sick people.
   B: No kidding! How's a regular resident coping with this?

A: He says it's tough. They take medicine and keep working. It's thick in the mornings and evenings.
   B: That must be hard to breathe... Any idea what's causing all this pollution?

A: Exhaust fumes from vehicles, economic growth, farmers burning crop stubble, and even smoke from firecrackers during Diwali celebrations in India are contributing to the severe winter smog.
   B: Yikes! I hope it gets better soon for them over there.
