North Jeolla governor, Kim Kwan-young, reportedly told Ishikawa Governor Hase Hiroshi over the phone on Tuesday that he prays with people in his province for a quick restoration of the affected areas. Kim also expressed hope that people in Ishikawa Prefecture will soon regain peaceful daily lives.
