Ohtani Shohei of the Los Angeles Dodgers has become the first player in MLB history to hit 50 home runs and steal 50 bases in a single season. Ohtani achieved the feat in a game against the Miami Marlins at the opponent's home stadium on Thursday. Ohtani belted a two-run homer to right center field in the sixth, and hit another two-run homer to left in the seventh -- marking his 50th of the season. He added to his total with his 51st homer in the ninth inning, a three-run shot over the fence. The Japanese sensation got his 50th stolen base in the first inning and added another in the second, bringing his total to 51.
