A: Hey there! You won't believe what I read today, man!
   B: What's up?

A: Turns out Japan is spending less on education compared to other advanced countries!
   B: Seriously? That can't be right, can it?

A: Yeah, the OECD says only 8% of Japan's government budget goes to education. The average for their member nations is over 11%.
   B: Wow, that's really low... But wait, isn't Switzerland spending more than double that on education?

A: That's right! Switzerland leads the pack at 16.9%. As for us, our annual public spending per student in universities is about half the OECD average.
   B: So we're bottom ten in that department, huh? That doesn't sound good...
