   B: What's up? I'm all ears.

A: It looks like the whole internet and phone services got shut down in Afghanistan since Monday!
   B: No way! That sounds serious... Have they said anything about it?

A: Not yet, but it seems like they've been trying to limit internet access for a while now. They claim it's to stop immoral behavior.
   B: Wow, that's quite a move! It must make things tough for the people over there, especially after the recent earthquake.

A: Exactly! And it seems like even flights at Kabul airport got canceled too.
   B: Man, this is getting worse and worse... What can we do about it?

A: Well, Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary said they're worried about the impact on support efforts and the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan. They plan to work with other countries to ask the Taliban to lift these oppressive measures.
   B: That sounds like a good start, let's hope it helps those people over there! Keep me updated on this one, buddy!
