Zelenskyy names new top military commander NHK

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed a new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces.

Zelenskyy on Thursday named Oleksandr Syrskyi, the commander of Ukraine's ground forces, to lead the military, replacing Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
