Ukraine's intelligence chief denies attacking Crimea bridge NHK

Ukraine's defense intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov has said in a social media post on Monday that there was no missile attack on the Crimea bridge on July 17.

He also stated that what's happening at the bridge, as well as in the southern Russian region of Rostov and in Moscow, are all internal issues that show power is collapsing in Russia.

In late June, Russian private military firm Wagner Group claimed to have captured the headquarters of the Southern Military District in Rostov during a short-lived mutiny.
