A third-party organization tasked with protecting personal information in Japan has conducted an inspection of the Digital Agency following a series of errors related to the country&#039;s My Number national ID system.

The commission plans to carry out further inspections if necessary. It says it may consider issuing administrative guidance to the agency, depending on its findings.
