A: Hey there! You heard about the latest news, right?
   B: Not yet, what's up?

A: So, Trump is threatening ground operations in Venezuela again! He's also adding new sanctions on ships and companies related to their oil sector, plus some of Maduro's family members.
   B: Oh wow, that sounds serious! What did he say exactly?

A: Well, he said it's going to start on land soon. When asked if it's about drugs or oil, Trump mentioned that maritime drug trafficking has dropped by 92%.
   B: That's interesting. I wonder what made him change his mind all of a sudden.

A: Well, the U.S. actually seized an oil tanker off Venezuela's coast earlier this week, which might have something to do with it.
   B: Ahh, gotcha! And I guess that's why they're sanctioning ships and firms, because they help fund Maduro's so-called corrupt regime.

A: Exactly! They even sanctioned three nephews of Maduro's wife for their involvement in drug trafficking. The Treasury Secretary accused them of flooding the U.S. with drugs that are "poisoning the American people."
   B: Wow, this situation is getting more complicated by the day! Keep me updated, buddy!
