North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency says leader Kim Jong Un has stressed the need to "exponentially" increase the number of the country's nuclear warheads. KCNA reported on Sunday that Kim made the remark in an address to the plenary meeting of the Central Committee of the ruling Workers' Party. The six-day meeting discussed the party's key policies and wrapped up on Saturday.
