A: Hey there! Did you catch the news today?
   B: Nah, what's up?

A: Well, it seems Hamas has been talking to NHK. Osama Hamdan said they're eager for a US-backed ceasefire in Gaza, but they can't find all the bodies of their hostages.
   B: Oh, wow! That sounds serious. Why can't they find them?

A: Seems like there's rubble everywhere from the fighting, and they need heavy machinery to dig through it, but Israel won't let them have that due to a blockade.
   B: I see. So they've given back 20 surviving hostages, but only 10 bodies? That's not good.

A: Exactly! And now they're saying the next phase of the peace plan includes tricky stuff like disarming Hamas and forming a temporary committee of Palestinian technocrats to govern Gaza.
   B: That sounds complicated. What did he say about that?

A: He said a committee could be set up in just a few days, with 15 people from Gaza involved in fields like health and education. Also, he mentioned they'd discuss the second phase with mediating countries once they return the remaining bodies of dead hostages.
   B: That's interesting... I hope things work out for everyone's sake.
