Italian media outlets say 21 people have been killed after a bus plunged off an elevated street in the northern city of Venice. The report says the accident occurred on Tuesday night and that two children are among the dead. Local authorities say the bus could have been carrying about 40 people. They added that some people were injured. A city official told NHK that they have no information about the nationalities of the victims so far.
