A: Hey there! Did you hear about something interesting?
   B: Nah, what's up?

A: Well, apparently the Chinese government is asking its citizens to avoid traveling to Japan right now.
   B: Wow, really? Why is that?

A: It seems like it's because of some comments made by our Prime Minister about Taiwan. The Chinese foreign ministry made a statement on Friday urging Chinese nationals not to visit Japan for a while.
   B: That sounds serious... But I checked with ANA and JAL, and they say their flight reservations haven't been affected yet.
   A: Yeah, that's what I heard too! They added that no flights to Japan have been canceled so far.
   B: That's a relief. I was planning to visit Osaka soon. Anyway, did you know China has the highest number of visitors to Japan this year? Over 7 million travelers from China visited between January and September.
   A: I didn't! I guess Chinese tourists are really into Japanese culture then.
   B: It seems like it. By the way, major Chinese airlines have announced they will offer free cancellations for flights to and from Japan until the end of the year.
   A: Wow, that's quite a move! Air China, China Eastern, and China Southern Airlines have all made similar announcements.
   B: Yeah, I guess it might affect travel plans for some people. Let's hope it gets resolved soon so we can enjoy our trips without any worries!
