Rescue crews in Hawaii have found the bodies of at least 99 victims of the wildfires on Maui over the past week. It is the deadliest natural disaster in state history.
                
The crews fear that they will find many more bodies because they have managed to search only about one-quarter of the disaster zone. Flames and toxic fumes have prevented them from entering some buildings.
                
One Maui resident, Jeffrey Mayor, said, &quot;They&#039;re checking for other hazards. They&#039;re checking for bodies. And it&#039;s a process. It&#039;s very frustrating because it seems, when you&#039;re not there, like nothing&#039;s happening.&quot;
                
President Joe Biden spoke to reporters on Tuesday in the state of Wisconsin. He said he will visit the area as soon as he can to make sure people are taken care of.
                
Biden said, &quot;Whatever you need, you&#039;re going to get. And that&#039;ll get aid into the hands of people who desperately need it, who have lost their loved ones, who have lost their homes, their livelihoods damaged and destroyed.&quot;
                
Some experts say the fires were sparked by high winds from a hurricane that knocked down power lines. Fire department officials say the winds fanned the flames, which spread through dry grass. However, authorities say they still need more time to determine the exact cause.
