Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov says Friday's acrimonious US-Ukraine summit showed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's "complete lack of diplomatic skills."
Russia's state-run Tass news agency on Monday quoted Peskov as saying the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Zelenskyy was an "unprecedented event."
The discussions between the two leaders turned into a heated spat over their diplomatic stances regarding Russia. The meeting ended without the signing of an agreement.
