1. Japanese authorities have arrested a Chinese national named Li Zhaobei for suspected involvement in a cheating attempt on the TOEIC English proficiency test.

2. A Chinese graduate student, Wang Likun, was also involved and had been previously arrested and indicted this year. Wang allegedly provided answers to other test-takers via hidden technology during the exam.

3. Investigations revealed that Li Zhaobei may have collaborated with Wang in a systematic cheating scheme, using multiple devices such as personal computers. The police suspect that Li was phoning Wang during the test.
