Japan's Imperial Household Agency has released photos of the Emperor and Empress and their daughter relaxing at a villa in Shizuoka Prefecture, central Japan. Emperor Naruhito, Empress Masako and Princess Aiko went swimming and cycling at the Suzaki Imperial Villa in Shimoda City this month. Photos released by the agency on Wednesday show the Emperor and Empress on a seaside observation deck, and the family at a private beach after a swim. The Emperor is said to be an avid photographer. The photos include one he took of fish while snorkeling, and another of the moon taken from the beach. Also included are snapshots of scenery taken by the Empress and Princess Aiko. The family is said to have picked the photos themselves.
