A: Exactly! They plan to use this at all their stores next year. With these efficiency gains, they say they can even increase wages further.
   B: That's great to hear! I love when companies think about their workers.

A: Me too! And get this – hourly pay for all prefectures in Japan just topped 1,000 yen for the first time because of these wage hikes.
