1. British citizen Kim Tung Nguyen and US citizen Jason Raymond Scott, aged 24 and 25 respectively, were arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of smuggling approximately 17 kg of stimulant drugs into Japan. 2. The duo is accused of violating the Stimulants Control Act. The arrest took place after Scott allegedly brought a suitcase containing the drugs from Los Angeles' airport to Haneda Airport, Tokyo. 3. An investigation at Nguyen's private lodging in Japan revealed nearly 100 kg of stimulant drugs in six suitcases, estimated to be worth over 37 million dollars on the street. Both suspects have denied the allegations.
