South Korea has announced that it held talks with the US on President Trump&#039;s tariff policies and that the two sides agreed to continue negotiations.
        
                    
                  
The government says the meeting took place in Washington on Thursday. South Korean Deputy Prime Minister Choi Sang-mok and Industry Minister Ahn Duk-geun met with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Trade Representative Jamieson Greer.
