   B: Not yet, Yuki-kun. What's up?

A: Turns out they're cutting back on Tokyo bus services.
   B: Really?! Why is that?

A: Seems there aren't enough drivers to operate them. This is the first time in at least 20 years due to a labor shortage.
   B: Whoa, that sounds tough! They've reduced around 206 services a week on 19 routes here in Tokyo.

A: Yeah, it's going to affect workers who rely on buses daily. An old guy at the bus stop said it would make a real difference for him.
   B: I can imagine! The transportation bureau says scheduling drivers has been a challenge.

A: Inoue Seiichi from the Bureau of Transportation called it a 'tough decision' to reduce services through changes in schedules. He said they're struggling to get enough drivers because there's competition with other bus companies.
   B: I see, it sounds like a complicated situation... But they tried to minimize the impact on passengers by studying the bus routes of other operators.
