North Korea has shut down all of its organizations aimed at reunification with South Korea, following leader Kim Jong Un&#039;s decision to regard the South as his country&#039;s &quot;primary foe.&quot;
                
North Korea&#039;s Supreme People&#039;s Assembly decided on Monday to abolish the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland, a state agency handling inter-Korean affairs.
                
The committee&#039;s websites have already been made inaccessible.
                
The assembly also decided to abolish a bureau for economic cooperation and a body in charge of inter-Korean tourism at Mount Kumgang.
                
The Tokyo-based Radiopress news agency, which analyzes coverage by North Korean media, says Pyongyang Broadcasting Station&#039;s radio service airing propaganda to South Korea has been cut off since Friday evening.
                
In a speech at Monday&#039;s assembly, Kim also ordered the North Korean section of the Gyeongui railway line on the western side of the Korean Peninsula to be completely cut off so that no restoration work can be done. Leaders from North and South Korea had agreed at a summit to reconnect the line, which was severed due to the Korean War.
                
In addition, the North Korean leader called for concepts such as &quot;reunification&quot; and &quot;reconciliation&quot; to be eliminated from the country&#039;s Constitution. He also ordered the removal of an arch-shaped monument south of Pyongyang that symbolized hope for a unified Korea.
