Turkish media report that rescuers pulled out a teenager and his brother from the rubble on Tuesday. They had been trapped for more than eight days. But the death toll has passed 35,000 and continues to grow -- as does the amount of aid.
A Japanese Self-Defense Force plane carrying medical supplies arrived at a Turkish air base earlier in the day.
