United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says more than an entire month has passed without even &quot;a drop of aid&quot; entering the Gaza Strip.
        
                    
                  
Guterres was speaking to reporters on Tuesday, more than a month after Israel cut off deliveries of relief supplies to Gaza.
        
                    
                  
Israel has also resumed attacks against the enclave amid a stalemate in talks on extending a ceasefire with Hamas.
        
                    
                  
Guterres described the situation in Gaza: &quot;No food. No fuel. No medicine.&quot;
        
                    
                  
He said, &quot;As the occupying power, Israel has unequivocal obligations under international law.&quot;
        
                    
                  
He urged the country to swiftly allow humanitarian aid supplies into Gaza.
        
                    
                  
Asked about the possible impact of US reciprocal tariffs, Guterres replied: &quot;Nobody wins with a trade war. Everybody tends to lose. And I&#039;m particularly worried with the most vulnerable developing countries.&quot;
        
                    
                  
He added that the impact will be more devastating in those countries.
