   A: Exactly! The operator, Tokyu Railways, is doing emergency inspections on all lines now. They believe the error happened ten years ago when the program was modified.
   B: I see. And what did their president say about it?
   A: He apologized for causing inconvenience and concern to so many customers, said he'll thoroughly investigate, and take measures to prevent similar accidents in the future.
