   B: Really? What's new?

   B: Woah, that sounds useful! So they can reach more people without starting a new group or showing past posts, right?

A: Exactly! And the change can be made from Facebook settings. All admins get notified and have three days to review it.
   B: Cool! But if everyone doesn't agree, they can cancel it. What about the privacy of member lists?

A: Good question! Member lists remain protected and only visible to admins and moderators.
   B: Oh, and posts, comments, and reactions will only be seen by existing members and admins after conversion.

A: Right! New content will be visible to anyone, even non-Facebook users. It could help Facebook's content get indexed easier too.
   B: Well, that sounds pretty neat! What if the admins change their minds later on? Can they go back to private again?

A: Yep! If being a public group doesn't work out, they can always switch it back to private again.
