1. A 28-year-old Canadian man named Quiroga Silva Facundo has been accused of smuggling approximately 115 million yen worth of stimulant drugs into Japan.
   - He is said to have sent the drugs by mail from Canada to rented private lodgings in Tokyo in September.
   - Customs officials believe he was working with an international crime group and evading investigation by staying at multiple rented lodgings in Tokyo and elsewhere.

2. Facundo has reportedly admitted to the allegations, stating that he came to Japan to receive the stimulants and that he delivered and stored them as instructed.
