1. Elon Musk's AI company xAI has appointed Anthony Armstrong as its new Chief Financial Officer.
2. Armstrong, a former Morgan Stanley banker who advised Musk during the Twitter deal, will oversee the finances of both xAI and X following the merger in April.

This appointment comes after several high-profile executive departures at both xAI and X, including the departure of xAI's general counsel Robert Keele, senior lawyer Raghu Rao, co-founder Igor Babuschkin, and former CEO of X Linda Yaccarino. Armstrong will replace Mahmoud Reza Banki, the current CFO of X who is also leaving the company.
