A North Korean state-run media outlet has reported that South Korea is politically paralyzed and in chaos as President Yoon Suk-yeol faces a detention warrant after his short-lived martial law declaration.
                
The Korean Central News Agency on Friday reported that the recent development in the South has resulted in &quot;paralysis of its state administration and spiraling socio-political confusion.&quot;
                
The report also said South Koreans protesting Yoon accuse him of &quot;having fomented unrest through ceaseless war drills&quot; with the United States and Japan, and declaring martial law to maintain his power.
                
The report cited foreign media as saying that what South Korea repeatedly advocated as its &quot;liberal democracy&quot; has collapsed.
                
South Korea&#039;s Yonhap News Agency said the report appears to be an effort to highlight the North Korean regime&#039;s stability to its people by comparing it with the current situation in the South.
