Gaza's health authorities say an Israeli air raid targeting a residential area has killed 24 people and injured more than 80 others in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. Israel continued to carry out air strikes on northern and central Gaza on Sunday. A UN agency says evacuees from other areas are flocking to Rafah in southern Gaza.
