2. The minister believes the North intends to make the Hwasong-20 lighter in body but heavier in warhead section, possibly for multiple warheads, although it's not yet confirmed if the missile is capable of carrying multiple warheads.
3. Ahn also mentioned that North Korea is believed to be producing 10 to 20 nuclear warheads per year and its technology is improving. He suggested that general military technologies may be transferred from Russia to North Korea, but not core technologies such as nuclear submarine reactors, due to differing interests.
