South Korea's President Lee briefed by Yoon's ministers at 1st Cabinet meeting NHK

A: Hey buddy! Guess what's going on in South Korea?
B: Not sure, tell me about it!

A: So, their new President Lee Jae-myung had his first Cabinet meeting yesterday!
B: Wow, that's exciting! What did he talk about?

A: Well, since the process to pick new ministers is still happening, some people from the previous Yoon Suk-yeol administration were there too.
B: Oh, that makes sense. So what did they discuss?

A: Lee said he wants to hear about the issues faced by government ministries and agencies, as those ministers are most aware of them. He also wanted them to listen to his thoughts.
B: That sounds like a good start!

A: On another note, South Korea's National Assembly passed some bills yesterday to investigate Yoon over a failed martial law declaration and allegations about his wife accepting a luxury bag.
B: Whoa, that's serious! I wonder what will happen next...

A: The former First Lady was accused in those bills, and they were actually approved before but vetoed by Yoon himself. Now, the opposition party is accusing the ruling party of forcing this legislation through.
B: This is getting interesting! It seems there are still some pretty big differences between the two parties...

A: You're right! The divisions between them haven't been bridged yet, even after the presidential election.
B: Well, I hope they can find a way to work together for the good of South Korea!
