Japan's Toyota Motor suspended output on 10 domestic assembly lines on Tuesday morning. The stoppage is due to production problems at one of the automaker's parts suppliers. The trouble occurred at Chuo Spring's Fujioka Plant in Aichi Prefecture, central Japan, on Monday. The equipment that dries springs on a production line exploded. The parts maker says walls of nearby buildings were damaged and two workers were injured. The accident has affected parts supplies, leading Toyota to suspend operations at six group plants in Aichi and Mie prefectures. They include the Takaoka Plant in Toyota City, which produces Corolla models. Toyota says the company will suspend operations on a total of 11 production lines at seven plants on Wednesday.
