A: Did you hear about the news? The Prime Minister met with the British Prime Minister!

B: No, what happened? Who’s the British Prime Minister? Keir Starmer, right?

A: Yeah, that’s him! They talked a lot about important things.

B: Really? Like what?

A: Well, they want to work together with other countries to make sure we have enough of those important minerals. You know, for technology and stuff?

B: Ah, like supply chains. I heard about that. China’s been making it tricky, hasn’t it?

A: Exactly! And they’re also cooperating on cyber security and even building a new fighter jet with Italy!

B: Wow, that’s a big project!  What else did they talk about?

A: They also want to work together on new power sources – wind, quantum, even nuclear fusion! It’s pretty cool.

B: That sounds very futuristic!  Did they talk about the world situation?

A: Yeah, they mentioned the Middle East and Ukraine too. Pretty serious stuff.

B: So, they're basically trying to be strong together?

A: Totally! The British Prime Minister said things are “shaking the world” right now. They want to make sure Japan and Britain are strong partners.

B: That’s good to hear! Did they say anything about trade?

A: Oh yeah! They both said free trade is really important. Both countries like to trade, you know?

B: Of course! Sounds like a very important meeting.

A: It was! And get this – the British Prime Minister invited our Prime Minister to visit Britain this year!

B: That's amazing news!
