1. Tokyo Police have arrested a Chinese national named Li Zhaobei on suspicion of orchestrating cheating during a TOEIC English proficiency test in Japan.
2. A Chinese graduate student, Wang Likun, allegedly provided answers to other test-takers using a hidden microphone under his face mask and smart glasses. He was arrested earlier this year.
3. The police found evidence that Li Zhaobei may have worked with Wang in a systematic cheating scheme, based on analysis of seized computers and devices. They also allege that Li called Wang multiple times during the test.
