In Osaka, western Japan, rescue teams are working to secure the scene of a fire that severely injured 28 people. Most of them are without vital signs. Dozens of firefighters were called to a building in Osaka's Kita Ward. The fire began on the fourth floor shortly before 10:30 am. The fire is now under control.
