Investigators say most of the 24 victims in Friday's suspected arson attack at a Osaka medical clinic died of carbon monoxide poisoning after they become trapped inside the building. The investigators say there was an elevator and a staircase near the entrance of the fourth floor clinic. But the victims reportedly moved to the back of the clinic where there was no way to escape the flames. A man was reportedly seen placing a paper bag containing a liquid near a heater in the waiting room before he kicked it over.
