Japanese government sources say North Korea has launched what may be ballistic missiles. The sources say the multiple projectiles appear to have fallen outside Japan's exclusive economic zone. It is the 16th time this year that the North has launched suspected ballistic missiles or projectiles using ballistic missile technology. The previous such launch took place last Thursday.
