Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian has criticized the Quad framework consisting of Japan, the United States, Australia and India.
Zhao made the comments at a news conference on Friday, the same day top diplomats from the four countries held talks in Melbourne aimed at ensuring a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
