Ukraine's foreign minister says his country will not surrender or concede any of its territory during talks with Russia. Dmytro Kuleba spoke to reporters on Sunday ahead of a meeting between delegations from Ukraine and Russia. Kuleba said the talks "should be welcomed" if their outcome leads to "peace and the end of war." But he added that Ukraine "will not capitulate" or "give up a single inch of" its territory.
