More civilian facilities in Ukraine are under attack. Officials in the eastern city of Mariupol say three people including a child were killed in a Russian airstrike on a maternity hospital. They say 17 others were wounded.
                
Ukraine&#039;s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of war crimes.
                
He said, &quot;The aerial bomb on the maternity hospital is the conclusive evidence that what is happening is a genocide of Ukrainians.&quot;
                
Satellite images released by a US firm show residential areas in Mariupol have been badly damaged.
