Zelenskyy: Russia is sending new troops NHK

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said the Russian military is sending new troops and called on Ukrainians to resist the offensive.

Russian troops are advancing to surround Ukraine's capital, Kyiv. They are believed to be approaching the capital from three directions.
