German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron have urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to implement an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine. The three leaders held a 75-minute three-way telephone conference on Saturday. The French presidential office said Putin did not show a willingness to end the war.
