The United Nations refugee agency says that as of Sunday, more than 2.8 million people had fled Ukraine as a result of Russia's invasion. The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees says that more than 1.72 million people, or about 60 percent of the total, have made their way to Poland. Hungary follows as a destination, with about 250,000 evacuees, while Slovakia has 200,000, Moldova 100,000 and Romania 80,000. Over 130,000 have crossed the border into Russia.
