Two Fox News journalists killed in Kyiv NHK

US TV network Fox News says two of its journalists were killed and another was injured on Monday when they traveling outside Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.

The news network said on Tuesday that cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski and Ukrainian journalist Oleksandra Kuvshynova were killed and reporter Benjamin Hall was hospitalized.

Zakrzewski was a London-based video journalist and had covered conflicts in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan. The 55-year-old cameraman had been working in Ukraine since last month.

24-year-old Kuvshynova had been serving as a consultant for the network.

CEO of Fox News Media, Suzanne Scott said in a statement, "His talents were vast and there wasn't a role that he didn't jump in to help with in the field."

She said Kuvshynova was a "hard-working, funny, kind and brave. Her dream was to connect people around the world and tell their stories and she fulfilled that through her journalism."
