Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says the country is mulling restricting the entry of citizens from the countries and territories it deems "unfriendly." Lavrov said at a meeting of the ruling United Russia party on Monday that a draft presidential decree on visa measures is being developed in response to what he called unfriendly actions by a number of foreign states. Lavrov added that the document will introduce a number of restrictions on entry into Russia. But he declined to revel the restrictions in detail. Among the nations and territories on the "unfriendly" list Moscow released earlier this month are the United States, Britain, European Union member states, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
